Initial counselling sessions are free of charge, so no refund applies.

Service fees are non-refundable once applications have been submitted to universities or visa authorities, as work has already been carried out.
03.Third-party fees
University application fees, tuition deposits, test fees and visa fees are governed by the refund policies of the respective institutions and authorities.
04.How to request a refund
Email your request with your receipt to our accounts team. Eligible refunds are processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method.
